Refund Policy

- Refunds will not be issued on the basis that a script is encrypted. This information is clearly stated on our website, forums, and YouTube channel.

- Refunds are not granted if issues arise due to modifications, custom frameworks, or custom scripts that differ from the official qb-core or ESX versions, as long as the script itself functions as intended.

- Failure or refusal to install required dependencies does not qualify for a refund.

- Refunds are not available for users running unsupported frameworks.

- Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances due to script encryption.

Support Policy

- Support is offered exclusively to server owners and developers who completed the purchase.

- We provide assistance only when it is proven that an issue originates from our script and not from external scripts or unrelated resources.

- All support tickets must be responded to within 48 hours. Tickets without a reply in this timeframe will be automatically closed.

Compatibility

- If using an inventory system with functions that differ from the official QBCore/ESX implementations and this causes incompatibilities, decrypted files will not be provided.

- Scripts will not be modified to fit custom or uncommon mobile phone systems.

- We dont support codem-inventory.

Installation & Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for ensuring their server meets all requirements described in the documentation.

- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect configuration, external conflicts, outdated dependencies, or improper installation.

Modification Restrictions

- Editing, decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to remove encryption/protection from the script is strictly prohibited.

- Any violation of these rules results in immediate loss of access to support and may lead to license termination.
